i am beginning to think how stupid this ritual is... being a girl, i couldn't even comprehend the pain caused by that circumcision.. common sense would tell us FGM isn't right.. but then again it is part of their culture.. people in authority, hopefully would help reach out to these people who are still following the tradition while upholding respect towards their culture.. i hope these people's eyes and hearts would be opened.. justice for the girls!!
