cul-de-sac

A cul-de-sac, closed, no through road, meaning dead-end street with only one inlet/outlet. While historically built for other reasons, one of its modern uses is to calm vehicle traffic.

This is a very nice concept about traffic regulation. it's very interesting especially for me who hates traffic a bit!

hmmm.. how do we apply this?  ;)
